Tuition and fees

  • Tuition is $750 per course for the 2026–2027 school year, August 24, 2026 through May 8, 2027.
  • Tuition grants the enrolled student access to every weekly section of that course, in person and online, plus homework, tutorial videos, tests, and complimentary one-to-one tutoring.
  • A registration fee of $50 per course is due with enrollment and is non-refundable. It reserves the student's place.
  • Partner courses taught through Sun Peak Academy are priced and enrolled separately by the partner.

Payment

  • Tuition for the full year is due before the first day of class, August 24, 2026.
  • Enrollment is not complete, and a seat is not held, until the registration fee is received. Enrollment forms without payment are void.
  • Accepted methods: Venmo, check, or direct payment from an approved scholarship program. Payment instructions are sent by text and email after the enrollment form is received.

Refunds

  • Before the first day of class: tuition is refunded in full on request. The registration fee is not refunded.
  • On or after August 24, 2026: all payments are non-refundable.

Mid-year enrollment

Students may join after the first day of class following a free placement assessment. Tuition is prorated to the weeks remaining in the year, confirmed in writing before payment. The registration fee applies in full.

Scholarship programs

GR Classes accepts Utah Fits All, OpenEd, Harmony Educational Services, and the Children First Education Fund. Where a program pays the vendor directly, its payment schedule replaces the deadline above; the family remains responsible for any amount the program does not cover.

Attendance

Students are expected weekly at their home section and may attend any other section of the same course, in person or online, in any week. There are no make-up classes for scheduled closures; see the academic calendar.

Conduct

Students treat teachers and classmates with respect, complete homework, and arrive prepared. Online students join with their real name, wait in the waiting room to be admitted, keep the camera on when asked, and do not share class links. Repeated disruption may lead to removal from a class without refund after a conversation with the parent.

Changes

GR Classes may adjust a section's time or location during the year with notice to enrolled families. If a course is cancelled by GR Classes, tuition for the remaining weeks is refunded.
